Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Achieving stockist and dealer-wise targets.
  • Identifying weak markets within the stockist area.
  • Monitoring future prospects (dealer appointments).
  • Tracking call cycles based on the potential of dealers (A, B & C) / project parties and prospects, making 8-10 productive calls on a daily basis.
  • Staying updated about competitors’ prices and schemes.
  • Staying informed about competitors’ marketing activities.
  • Evaluating the outflow and outcome of schemes floated from time to time.
  • Assessing various fairs in the area to develop plans based on footfall and business requirements.
  • Collecting and evaluating data of project parties and following the cycle until closure.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Any graduate.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar industry.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Influential personality skills.
  • Knowledge of the local language and territory.
  • Hardworking, sincere, and dedicated.
