Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieving stockist and dealer-wise targets.
- Identifying weak markets within the stockist area.
- Monitoring future prospects (dealer appointments).
- Tracking call cycles based on the potential of dealers (A, B & C) / project parties and prospects, making 8-10 productive calls on a daily basis.
- Staying updated about competitors’ prices and schemes.
- Staying informed about competitors’ marketing activities.
- Evaluating the outflow and outcome of schemes floated from time to time.
- Assessing various fairs in the area to develop plans based on footfall and business requirements.
- Collecting and evaluating data of project parties and following the cycle until closure.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Any graduate.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Influential personality skills.
- Knowledge of the local language and territory.
- Hardworking, sincere, and dedicated.
